Meet your Therapist
WANJU KELLAMS, LMT, MLD-C
I am a graduate from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, a 600-hour program specializing in injury treatment. I compiled over 150+ hours of practice and completed an externship at People’s Injury Network Northwest (PINN). My prior background in interpersonal and cultural communications from University of Washington makes it easy to connect with people of all ages and ethnicities.
I live in the greater Olympia area with my husband and kitty. Growing up, I gave many shoulder massages to family and friends, and they told me they would pay me for such great work. But I only thought of it as my way of caring for them, not as a paying job. Later on, I developed shoulder pain from desk work and a friend recommended massage, which reduced a lot of pain. This experience was my first professional massage and the start of being in the massage industry. Thus I started massage therapy school in 2019 and realized massage is much more than shoulder massages. I learned how to provide more comprehensive bodywork to care for people! 💖
As the owner of Kellams Massage, PLLC, it is my goal to provide high quality massage services and work with you to incorporate massage as part of your journey towards wellness. Whether you are new to massage, or an athlete with stiff joints, or an office worker with low back or shoulder pain, or a parent needing relaxation, or a cancer survivor seeking relief from treatment, or anyone else, I offer you hands on wellness. ✨
In my spare time, I enjoy sitting down with a great book, traveling, and playing board games with my husband and friends.
